Terms of Service

Celonis provides an AI-powered chatbot and sales automation platform. Access to individual features is granted through the purchase of prepaid credits. One credit is priced at EUR 0.10 (net) and is consumed when a paid feature is used.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential.

• Minimum order: 50 credits.
• Payments are prepaid. Bank transfer is currently the only active payment method; card, PayPal and Stripe options are coming soon.
• Bank details are sent by email after order placement. Credits are activated once the payment is received.
• Prices are shown net of VAT. VAT is applied at checkout where applicable.

Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Promotional credits (including the first-registration discount) are subject to specific terms shown at checkout.

Your use of the platform must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

The Celonis platform, brand, and software are owned by Celonis B.V. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload; you grant us a limited license to process it to operate the service.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celonis disclaims implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or for security reasons. Data will be handled per our Privacy Policy after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
