Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for credits bought on celonis-ai.app.
1. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund of any unused credits. Credits already consumed to use paid features are not refundable, as the digital service has been performed with your consent.
2. Business customers
For business customers, all credit purchases are final once the corresponding order is confirmed and activated. Unused credits may, at our sole discretion, be refunded pro-rata within 30 days of purchase, minus a 5% administrative fee.
3. Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged twice for the same order, or if credits were not delivered after we received your payment, we will refund or reissue credits in full. Contact us within 30 days of the transaction.
4. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address on the order.
- Include the invoice number, order date, and reason for the request.
- We will reply within 5 business days with a decision.
- Approved refunds are processed by bank transfer within 14 days to the account used for the original payment.
5. Non-refundable items
- Credits already spent on activated features or messages.
- Promotional or bonus credits (e.g. first-registration discount).
- Any fees explicitly marked as non-refundable at checkout.
